Data transmission with increased transmission capacity with ODU MINI-FLAKAFIX on flex foil

MINI-FLAKAFIX connects the ceramic module to the PCB. This allows transmission of the required 10 GHz.

ODU MINI-FLAKAFIX is connected to the flex foil which is then in turn soldered to the ceramic and plugged into the printed circuit board.
